You must notify 5bmw immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. 5bmw will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where such access arises from your failure to adequately protect your credentials.
5bmw may, at any time, require you to complete identity verification by submitting a copy of a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document (such as a PhilSys National ID, UMID, driver's licence, or passport). Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by 5bmw may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account restriction.
All Account balances on the 5bmw Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted at the applicable exchange rate at the time of deposit. 5bmw is not responsible for currency conversion fees or exchange rate fluctuations.
Deposits to your 5bmw Account may be made via the payment methods available in the Platform Cashier, which include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and bank transfer. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method. 5bmw accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
You may only use payment methods that are registered in your own name. The use of payment accounts belonging to third parties, anonymous payment methods, or methods associated with fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds.

All bonuses and promotions offered by 5bmw are subject to specific terms published at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict between the specific bonus terms and these general Terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail with respect to that bonus.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 5bmw's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable Philippine law.
The Platform and all Games are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 5bmw does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from malware or harmful components. Players access and use the Platform at their own risk.
5bmw reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:
Upon termination of an Account for cause, 5bmw reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and, where applicable, any Real Money Balance pending investigation. Where an Account is closed and no breach of these Terms is established, any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing procedures.
Players may request to close their Account at any time by contacting 5bmw Customer Support. Upon voluntary Account closure, any pending bonus wagering requirements will lapse and Bonus Funds will be forfeited.

Any dispute between a Player and 5bmw that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
