The 5bmw Platform is strictly intended for individuals who are 21 years of age or older. 5bmw does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. Age verification is conducted as part of the KYC process for all accounts.
If 5bmw becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, that data will be deleted immediately and the associated Account will be closed. If you believe a minor has registered on the 5bmw Platform, please contact our support team immediately.
The 5bmw Platform is operated with servers and service providers that may be located outside the Philippines.
